We appreciate you visiting the Growing Families International (GFI) Dallas Local Community web site. Our goal is to connect families interested in taking GFI classes within our area with qualified facilitators. For the facilitators, we offer resources for starting the parenting ministry as well as disciples interested in taking classes. The classes are taught and/or facilitated by families who have been blessed by the ministry. Since it is all on a volunteer basis, class availability and information may lack detail. Waiting lists for popular classes such as Preparation for Parenting and Growing Kids God's Way classes are very common since we limit the total number of husband and wife to no more than 6 to 7couples. Some classes are even smaller depending upon the facilitators requirements.

2009 Parenting Conference with the Links
Northwood Church Ft. Worth, March 27 and 28th

The conference will have two topics: "What Every Parent Expects
From Their Children" and "How
to Get It and Its all about Attitude".

Session 1: Every parent wants their children to behave, but they just don’t seem to know how to accomplish that. This session shares four foundational expectations every parent wants to see in their children and practical ways to achieve them.

Session 2: Why can’t your kids make their beds every day? Do their homework? Be kind to their siblings? The answer can be described in one word – Attitude! Parents will get specific practical suggestions on how to proactively work on a child’s heart which
will adjust and change your teens “bad attitude”.

Register before March 10th and save $10.00 per person. Early registration will cost $29.00 per person.
